Staff surprise BTS's V with a cake and goodbye messages as he prepares for military enlistment

BTS's V is expressing gratitude to his staff ahead of his enlistment.

On December 10 KST, V posted on his Instagram story, saying, "Our Tae crew's letters are so cute, and they even made a vlog that I love, sending me a video message. I was deeply moved. I'll go and return well!"

In the Instagram stories, V shares images of the rolling paper conveying his staff's heartfelt farewell messages and a cake inscribed with the message "Return in good health! From Tae Crew." The cake is of a bear dressed as a member of the Republic of Korea's Special Duty Team, which V will be enlisting in.

Meanwhile, V is scheduled to enter the Nonsan Army Training Center in Chungcheongnam-do on December 11 to undergo basic military training. He will be serving for 18 months in total, with his discharge date being set for June 10, 2025.
