High-profile actor Lee Sun Gyun presently finds himself under a judicial microscope, facing investigations into allegations of drug use. Adding another facet to this unfolding narrative, public attention has also shifted towards the responses of his wife, Jeon Hye Jin.

On October 26, a video was uploaded to Lee Jin Ho's YouTube channel offering perceived insights. The clip, provocatively titled 'Shocking Exclusive! Jeon HyeJin's Actual Reaction to Lee Sun Gyun's Scandal', has attracted widespread attention.

In the video, former reporter Lee Jin Ho contemplated an allegedly more startling issue than the actor's supposed drug usage. He declared, "Lee Sun Gyun's woman problem is what's truly shocking." Lee Sun Gyun stands accused of recurrent drug use at a private residence located in Seoul, supposedly owned by an acquaintance, who also happens to manage an entertainment venue and is believed to count Lee Sun Gyun among its VIP customers.

More alarmingly, it seems the female acquaintance succeeded in extorting a significant sum, totaling 350 million KRW (~257,910.56 USD), from Lee Sun Gyun through blackmail.

Lee Jin Ho asserted, "Lee Sun Gyun maintains his innocence regarding the drug allegations. If a police investigation determines no drug usage, he could potentially clear that charge. However, the moral quandary he is embroiled in could prove more damning. His propensity for 'private meetings' will undoubtedly evoke moral judgment."

Lee Jin Ho further explained, "Had Lee Sun Gyun been unmarried, public reception of the scandal might have been less critical. Nevertheless, given his marital status, the situation becomes considerably distressing. The fact that he allegedly met the entertainment venue manager multiple times in private, coupled with his wife being well-known actress, Jeon Hye Jin, exacerbates the scandal."

The couple wed in May 2009 after a seven-year relationship, having first met during their university years when Jeon Hye Jin was part of a theatre group. According to Lee Jin Ho, Lee Sun Gyun fell for Jeon Hye Jin and decided to join the same theatre group.

In the YouTube video, Lee Jin Ho described Lee Sun Gyun as "a romantic and doting father," expressing that "upon the outbreak of the scandal, he immediately discussed the matter with his wife, Jeon Hye Jin, and those closest to him."

As for the impact on Jeon Hye Jin - "Her initial reaction to the unfolding events was shock and fear, according to her acquaintances," said Lee Jin Ho.
