10 K-Dramas Couples that we want to see together again

AKP STAFF

As a devoted lover of K-dramas, there inevitably emerges that one on-screen couple whose extraordinary chemistry lingers long after the final episode has aired. Their interactions are so authentic and heartfelt that they transcend the boundaries of acting, captivating the audience completely. It is the kind of compelling connection between characters that leaves fans ardently hoping for a reunion in future productions. Whether it's their perfectly synchronized emotions or the effortless way they deliver their lines, these couples create unforgettable magic on screen. Here, we have curated a list of ten such iconic K-drama couples that fans are eagerly anticipating to see rekindle their incredible synergy in new and exciting projects.

1. Ahn Bo Hyun & Han So Hee: Being paired up in "My Name," the amount of action and thriller these two packed in this series was unbeatable. More than that, these two deserved better as their relationship was cut too short. Rather than an action-packed series, it'll be great to see these two back on screen for a more melodrama.

2. Hyun Bin & Kim Sun Ah: Look no further than one of the funniest couples on screen. Regardless of their age difference, Hyunbin and Kim Sun Ah pulled off their roles in "My Name is Kim Sam Soon" so flawlessly, it'd be great to see them together on-screen again for another fun-filled K-drama romance series.

3. Rowoon & Jo Bo Ah: Although their series just ended, this "Destined for You" couple is one of the most loveable. Sure, their lines might be cringe, but it's adorable you can't help but fall in love with both of them. Hopefully, these two can be paired up once more in the future!

4. Ahn Hyo Seop & Jeon Yeo Bin: Imagine Jeon Yeo Bin's character from "Vicenzo" and Ahn Hyo Seop's character from "The Business Proposal." What kind of romance line would come about then? Working together for the drama "A Time Called You," fans couldn't get enough of these two, so it'd be great to see them again, this time for a more comedic romance series.

6. Ji Sung & Hwang Jung Eum: Why haven't these two come back on screen together? That is the question we all need to be asking. Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum were a great mix of comedy, fun, and romance.

7. Kim Min Jae & So Ju Yeon: It's an understatement to say that these two deserved so much more. So much so that viewers were pleading for a season just centered around these two.

8. Kim Soo Hyun & Seo Ye Ji: imagine these two in another romance. Chaos wouldn't even describe their love line. Especially if Seo Ye Ji plays a similar role to that seen in "It's Okay to Not Be Okay."

9. Ji Chang Wook & YoonA: Ji Chang Wook and YoonA are able to digest their roles with every single production that comes around. While their previous work together, "The K2," was all about action, it'd be lovely to see them work together for a lovey-dovey series without all the suspense of political mind games.

10. Park Seo Joon & Kim Ji Won: The banter between these two was so natural in "Some My Way" that viewers would love to see these two together again.

No way would Kim Soo Hyun & Seo Ye Ji happen again. I know she kinda/sorta staged a career come back, but didn't they use to date? Anyone watching them again will be scrutinizing them extra hard instead of paying attention to the drama.

Too bad though. I liked them in It's Okay not to be okay.
