According to a recent media report on September 5th, actor Song Joong Ki purchased a condo in Hawaii for approximately $2,280,000 USD.
Song Joong Ki is reportedly staying in Rome following the birth of his first son in June. As a result, it was reported Song Joong Ki has a house in Seoul, Rome, and Hawaii. The report continued that Song Joong Ki purchased his 2 Bed 2 Bath condo in Hawaii back in 2019 for $2.28 million dollars but another unit in that condominium was sold for $2.8 million dollars last year.
According to the report, the value of Song Joong Ki's condo is expected to keep increasing due to ongoing development in the area.
