Kim Hieora's label responded to the recorded phone call between her and her alleged bullying victim revealed by Dispatch.

The phone conversation is reported to have taken place just yesterday on September 8 KST, and even before the phone call, Kim Hieora is said to have consistently asked to meet the victim in person. The actress' label Gram Entertainment stated, "We are caught offguard by the edited records of the phone call. We'll be releasing the parts that were not publicized."

Gram Entertainment further stated they would be gathering materials before releasing an official statement on the edited parts of the phone call.

As previously reported, Kim Hieora is facing a bullying controversy, and she personally wrote a letter to address her past. A former classmate has since spoken up to defend the actress.
