Uhm Jung Hwa has been offered a role in KBS 2TV's new drama series 'The Wife.'
According to media reports on August 28th, the actress is in talks to star in the upcoming suspense drama series. 'The Wife' tells a story about a woman who lives a false life under someone else's name. The more she tries to keep her secret, the deeper her life falls into hell.
Throughout her career, Uhm Jung Hwa has proven to be a "viewership queen" with her solid acting skills and character portrayals. If she accepts the offer, viewers can expect to see Uhm Jung Hwa putting her own twist on friendship, marriage, and motherhood.
Meanwhile, Uhm Jung Hwa's agency, Saram Entertainment, simply stated that they are currently reviewing the offer.
