Girl's Day's Hyeri called out Delta Air Lines for downgrading her seat without notice.

On August 31, Hyeri shared the below message on her Instagram story revealing the American airline had downgraded her first class ticket to economy without a refund the day of her flight. According to the actress and idol, she booked her first class ticket a month ago and was suddenly told her seat had been downgraded to economy.

She expressed, "The only option that they offered me was to either fly economy at the price of a first class ticket or to walk away and wait for the next flight," adding, "This is the most absurd experience I've been going through recently." Hyeri previously shared a snapshot of her flight ticket, which revealed Delta Air Lines as the airline.

In response, Delta Air Lines has stated an internal investigation is underway.
