MAMAMOO+ are set to make a comeback in August!
On July 7, MAMAMOO's label RBW announced the subunit featuring Solar and Moon Byul are returning with a new album next month. The two were actively involved in the album planning and production for their previous release 'ACT 1, SCENE 1' this past March, and they're expected to do the same for their next album.
MAMAMOO+'s latest title track "GGBB" also did well on the iTunes 'Worldwide Top Song Chart'.

Not complaining at all, I love MAMAMOO and both Solar and Moonbyul are my favorites, but is it just me or it seems like they're making more CBs lately as this sub-unit than as the whole group?
On one hand it's good because implies that if MAMAMOO ever decided to disband, there would be a high chance of us having at least 50% of the group still working together(as the subunit or a new(named) duo).
On the other it makes me wonder why we don't see much of Hwasa and Wheein, be solo or as another subunit...
