On May 22, the boy group iKON embarked on a historic journey, marking their first visit to Europe as part of their 'TAKE OFF' world tour. Having already performed in Asia, including Korea and Japan, iKON are set to dazzle fans in Germany, Italy, and France, breaking new ground as they extend their tour beyond Asian soil for the first time, with the United States also on their itinerary.

In an outpouring of excitement and anticipation, the members of iKON took to social media to share their initial experiences in Europe. DK (Kim Dong-Hyuk) engaged with fans via Twitter Spaces, a live audio conversation tool on the platform, offering a brief but thrilling interaction that left fans abuzz with anticipation.

Adding to the humor and charm that has come to define iKON, JAY (Kim Jin Hwan) posted a whimsical video greeting to his fans. Demonstrating a touch of delightful cross-cultural humor, JAY wished his fans a 'good morning' in German despite it being 8 PM local time in Germany, where the group is currently stationed. This lighthearted mix-up has evoked laughter and endearment amongst iKON's followers, highlighting the group's approachable, fun-loving spirit as they embark on this exciting new chapter of their tour.

Also, their hilarious comments on social media talked about the time zone differences. Bobby commented: "It's 9.12 pm. Why the sun is still up? Is white night common here? That's too wild." 

Since signing with 143 Entertainment in early 2023, iKON has been a whirlwind of activity, engaging in both group and individual pursuits. The release of their third full-length album and two members' solo debuts has set the stage for a highly productive year.

Leading the lineup is JAY, the group's main vocalist and leader, who is slated to release the second part of his solo debut, 'BLUE MOON,' in July. Just two days ago, JAY unveiled 'PARADISE,' the first installment of his solo endeavor, which has been warmly embraced by fans.

In addition to JAY's solo activities, anticipation is building for Bobby's new releases, further expanding iKON's dynamic repertoire. And to keep the momentum going, a group comeback is reportedly in the pipeline for later this year, promising an exciting array of music for fans to look forward to.
