Singer Ravi will start his alternative mandatory military service as a social worker on October 28.

According to his agency, GROOVL1N, Ravi will enter training camp on October 28 and receive his basic military training before starting his alternate service as a social service worker.

It has been reported that Ravi is enlisting for alternative military service due to health reasons. On October 7, he shared through social media that he will be enlisting and serving as a social service worker instead of enlisting in mandatory military service.

Ravi confessed to his panic disorder on KBS2's entertainment program '2 Days and 1 Night', which aired last year. At the time, he said, "Two years ago, I found out that my body, heart, and mind are not healthy. I had a lot of panic attacks. There were many days when I had unstable breathing.”

Meanwhile, Ravi, who made his debut in the entertainment industry as a member of the group VIXX in 2012, received much love through various hit tracks such as "Chained Up," "ON AND ON," and more. He is currently a solo singer and CEO of the entertainment agency GROOVL1N and proved his talent as a producer.
