5-year old child gives BLACKPINK's Jennie a new nickname, and fans think it's totally fitting

If children gave K-Pop idols nicknames, what would they be?

In a YouTube video where 5-6 year old children were asked various questions about K-Pop idols, one 5-year old child gave BLACKPINK's Jennie a new nickname!

The children, who were given a pile of photos of various K-Pop idols, were asked, "Can you choose your favorite person, and give them a nickname?"

The child chose Jennie's picture and said, "Hachu-ping. She looks like Hachu-ping." 

What the heck is a "Hachu-ping", you say?

It's a character from the massively popular Korean animated children's series, 'Catch! Teenieping'!

But in fact, it's not just any ordinary character. Currently, 'Catch! Teenieping' is known as the "president" of all young children in Korea, and collecting all of the cute and tiny 'Teenieping' characters is the biggest game of all. And one of the most popular 'Teeniepings' happens to be "Hachu-ping"!

Fans reacted to the young child's comparison between Jennie and "Hachu-ping" with comments like, 

"One of the prettiest most popular 'Tennieping' characters, and one of the prettiest and most popular K-Pop idols. Kekekekeke So fitting."

"Wow Jennie is the 'Hachu-ping' of K-Pop kekekeke."

"That is the best compliment that you can receive from a 5-year old lol."
