According to media outlet reports on August 26, singer/actress IU has been offered a female lead role in a new drama project by scriptwriter Lim Sang Choon.
A hit scriptwriter known for dramas like 'Baekhee is Back', 'Fight My Way' and 'When The Camellias Bloom', Lim Sang Choon is reportedly working on a new drama project alongside director Kim Won Suk of 'Misaeng', 'Signal' and 'My Mister'.
If cast, IU will be reuniting with director Kim Won Suk, whom she previously worked with for her drama 'My Mister'.
