'Love Dive' wraps up 1st day sales with over 120,000 copies setting new personal record for IVE

Rookie girl group IVE set a new personal best with their latest album!

On April 5 KST, IVE made their long-awaited comeback with the group's second single album 'Love Dive'. On the same day, the final first-day sales count for the album has ended, and it recorded over 120,000 album sales on Hanteo, which is more than two times the number of their first album has accumulated.

With this, 'Love Dive' has broken the girl group's personal record, becoming their highest-selling first-day sales on Hanteo by surpassing the group's debut single album 'Eleven' that had a little over 56,000 album sales on the first day of release.

Not surprised the song is so so good. One of my favourite songs and I don't say that often but IVE really outdid themselves with this song. Eleven was really good and now this song is even better!

(Think sales are fast reaching 200k..)

Love Dive is easily one of my fav MVs. Nevermind the colour, imagination and cinematography; every beat and 'wooo' just syncs perfectly with every transition/ scene. Its as if they storyboarded the MV as they composed the song.

And omg, the girls' confidence and SASS!!! From Yujin's luring stare, Wonyoung's wry smile and Leeseo's snare, this was also an incredible performance video.

Few thought they could ever top a debut like Eleven. But after Love Dive, I wouldn't dare imagine how much better they'll get..
