Korean BL drama series 'Semantic Error' topped the list of popular OTT content in Korea for the second week of March.
According to the recent trend report by VAIV Company, the popular BL drama series on OTT platform Watcha was the most popular OTT content across all platforms in Korea for the second week of March 2022.
With 15,406 cases of it being mentioned online, 'Semantic Error' topped the chart. Netflix's original series 'Juvenile Justice' came in second with 8,485 cases, which is a win by a wide margin. The survey was held from March 6th to 10th.
Based on the popular web novel series of the same title, 'Semantic Error' has been garnering attention since its release on February 16th on Watcha. Since its release, the show has been ranked the most-watched show on Watcha for 3 consecutive weeks but this is the first time the Watcha original series has taken over the popularity trend across all OTT content.
