According to media outlet reports on February 18, TV personality MC Ding Dong has been apprehended by police for attempting to flee after hitting a police car while intoxicated. 

On February 17 at approximately 9:30 PM KST, MC Ding Dong was found to be driving under the influence near the vicinity of Hawolgok-dong, Seongbuk-gu. His BAC level was above 0.08%, which is considered legally impaired by South Korean standards. However, when police asked him to step out of his vehicle after conducting a breathalyzer test, MC Ding Dong did not comply and instead fled the scene. The police found him approximately 4 hours later, on February 18 at 2 AM KST.

According to Seoul's Jongam Police Department, MC Ding Dong is now facing charges for drunk driving as well as interference in police activity. He is expected to attend a questioning for his charges soon.
