Singer/TV personality Kim Jong Min has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to his label JM Entertainment on February 18, "Kim Jong Min began noticing poor health conditions earlier today, and administered a self-diagnosis kit test for COVID-19, which turned out positive. Afterward, Kim Jong Min underwent an additional PCR test, and his results have returned positive."

Kim Jong Min will be halting all schedules temporarily and quarantine, per current disease prevention guidelines. JM Entertainment assured that the singer has completed his third booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 

Meanwhile, the number of daily positive COVID-19 cases in South Korea recently surpassed 100,000 earlier this week.
