BTS' 'Butter' breaks record for most played song on Japan's 'Oricon Weekly Chart'

BTS' "Butter" broke the record for most played song on Japan's 'Oricon Weekly Chart'.

According to Oricon, "Butter" ranked in at #1 on the weekly streaming chart from May 24 to the 30th after receiving 31,130,352 streams. The number of streams not only doubled their previous record of 16,607,136 streams, but it broke the record for the most ever streams recorded in a week in Oricon history.

In other news, BTS' second English single "Butter" also debuted at #1 on Billboard's 'HOT 100.'
