BTS has just broken another YouTube record!
On February 14 at approximately 3:50 PM KST, the Big Hit Entertainment boy group's music video for "Dynamite" became the fastest music video by a Korean group to reach 850 million views. As the music video was originally released on August 21, 2000, the record is now five months and 24 days, beating out former record holder BLACKPINK's "DDU-DU DDU-DU."
Meanwhile, "Dynamite" is the fifth BTS music video to surpass the 850 million view mark, following "DNA," "Boy With Luv," "Fake Love," and "Mic Drop (Steve Aoki Remix)." The music video for "IDOL" is trailing closely behind with over 849.7 million views.
