BTS’s V becomes the first Korean soloist with three original songs over 65M streams on SoundCloud.

In 2019, BTS's member V was crowned as the most-streamed Korean soloist on SoundCloud. Half way into 2020, V has set various new records on the platform.

The multi-talented idol has conquered the majority of the top ten most-streamed BTS tracks on SoundCloud. With five entries, V attributes a total of 414.5 million streams, entitling 67% of the streams of the top ten most-popular tracks by BTS to his name.

• 4 O'Clock ft RM - 65.1M

• Hug Me (Cover) ft J-Hope - 27.3M

• Someone Like You (Cover) - 26.1M

Notably, V also holds the record as the first and only Korean soloist to have three original tracks: Scenery, Winter Bear, and 4 O'Clock surpass over 65 million streams on the platform.

In a short span of time, V has become one of the most acclaimed and loved artists on the platform.

In early 2019, V’s first solo composition, "Scenery" broke the SoundCloud record of surpassing 100 million streams in the shortest amount of time. The song currently ranks in the top ten most-streamed songs in the history of SoundCloud as well. The audio version of V's first English song: "Winter Bear" has also had a remarkable journey on the charts of SoundCloud since its release in Mid-2019. Moreover, V's 2017 release: “4 O'Clock” featuring RM is steadily making its way to the 100 million club as well.

In addition to his original songs, V's cover songs: “Hug Me ft J-Hope” and “Someone Like You” are also receiving keen love from the fans as they climb up on the list of BTS’s most-loved tracks on the platform.
