Highlight's Dongwoon officially begins mandatory military service

Highlight's Dongwoon has officially started up his mandatory military service.

On May 9, Around Us Entertainment stated, "Dongwoon quietly enlisted with farewells from his family and agency employees around 2PM KST. He promised to carry out his military duties diligently in an exemplary way. We ask for your understanding for not disclosing the location or time of Dongwoon's enlistment as he wanted to enlist quietly."

Dongwoon is receiving his basic training at the Nonsan Army Recruit Training Center in South Chungcheong Province before serving as a conscripted police officer. Dongwoon is the final Highlight member to enlist.

In related news, Dongwoon left a handwritten message for fans before his enlistment.
