The Fan is a show where fans become fans of artists, a war between fans. In the recent and FINAL episode of The Fan, viewers learn who the final winner of the show is. The Final Winner of The Fan and the fan club will receive a billion dollars for funding the fan club and a luxurious premium massage chair. Through a series of battles between each team/person, Top 5 to Top 3 to Top 2 and finally the final winner was eventually decided.

Viewers and fans could vote via app or by mobile votes. Throughout the show, the real time mobile votes and the real time votes on the app differed. No one could tell who was going to win. There are special stages in this episode performed by the top 10 contestants of The Fan. Following the Top 2 contestants performances, there were special stages.

The first special performance was a collaboration between The Fan's Top 5, Im Ji Min, Yong Joo, Twlv. They performed their own rendition of Jay Park's 'Joah'.

The next special stage was performed by BIBI with her, self written song called 'Han River'.

The next following special stage was performed by Car the Garden. He also performed his own self written song called 'Together'.

The last special stage was performed by the top 10 contestants of The Fan, O.When, Cokebath, Yoo Ra, Yong Joo, Twlv, Im Ji Min, Min Jae, and Hwi Joon. They performed 'Butterfly' by Loveholic.
