User Threatens Tzuyu‘s Life During A TWICE V-Live

A user under the name GFRIENDHATERS9 wrote a comment threatening Tzuyu's life by posting that he was going to attempt to kill her on January 30, 2019.

ONCEs immediately took to Twitter to try to let JYPE know the situation and investigate just in case it might not be a false alarm.

The main tweet that brought the issue to the fandom’s attention quickly spread throughout the community, being liked, shared, commented on, and retweeted thousands of times.

While JYPE has yet to issue a statement about the situation, some K-Pop fans dug around and uncovered that this user has also threatened other idols in the past.

While the original tweeter (among others) seem to ultimately agree that the user is likely a “harmless” troll, some users do want JYPE to still look into things just to double check that the members of TWICE will be safe.

Seeing that this retarded clown had made similar threats to others before it's most probably a case of having nothing better to do and having no balls hiding behind and making threats. Nonetheless, JYP should take a look at security for them even on personal trips. Just look at Tzuyu's recent trip back home. Think I only saw a female manager accompanying her? Not to mention the appalling incident at Japan Airport for the other 3 that were there.

It doesn't matter if he/she is just a troll. Still need to be punished. That is unacceptable.

There's a pretty big difference between being a harmless troll and sending death threats. This guy is not a troll, but rather psychopath who needs to be punished.

Rather than psychopath, I think he just wanted attention. Psychopath works silently. They doesn't make stupid threat like this. Still, the user need to be punished. Even if its a troll, threat is a CRIME.

Yeah maybe psychopath is not the correct term but regardless this person has some mental problems if they consistently make death threats.

Tzuyu is one of the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, who TF in their right mind would dislike/hate her?

So this POS is hating on her just because he's jealous of her beauty? What a lame reason to hate on someone!

Others agree with her beauty...1st or 2nd in several world wide rankings....but beauty aside! I hope they can find the twirp, and hit him/her upside the head with as many laws dealing with cowardly death threats as possible! In the last couple of years in Japan, several idols have been attacked with knives, saws, etc etc! TAKE it seriously!!!!

I really hope so!! Death threats should be taken very seriously.....in Japan, on at least two occasions recently idols have been attacked and seriously injured with knives, saws etc...after being threatened....police and managers had a difficult time answering to the repercussions!

As far as I know it is not known if the members saw it or not. But their fandom have retweeted several messages on Twitter to JYPE. They haven't released a statement about it yet.

Instead of saying it on the media why don't you actually prove your words and do it? These low iq pussies talk shit like this but don't actually have the guts to prove their words and only knows how to harass somebody behind their back, somebody that never did anything wrong to them. And when they got caught and brought to justice they beg for their lives and apologize while piss runs down their pants, bawling their eyes out.

Hey - it's the entertainment business.

Better to be safe (protect all performers) than sorry (have anyone actually injured or killed).
Because we all know, twisted and dangerous people are out there........

Are you fucking dumb? Have you heard of dangerous psychotic people? Have you? Clearly you don’t that’s why you’re writing an ignorant comment. There’s such things as dangerous people. Also idols have gotten injured or killed because of crazy toxic people. I bet if it was your fav group getting death threats you wouldn’t like it also and want the company to do something about it. So shut your mouth. Death threats are not funny and it needs to be taken seriously. Imagine you having one? How would you feel?
