On January 21, Kang Daniel and fellow MMO Entertainment artist Yoon Ji Sung opened up their solo fan cafes. In just 6 hours, Kang Daniel's fan cafe reached 60,000 members. In 48 hours, it hit 100,000 members.
It takes many artists many months or even years to reach 100,000 members for the fan cafe but Kang Daniel achieved it in just 2 days.
Prior to this, Kang Daniel made it onto the Guinness World Record as the fastest Instagrammer to reach 1 million followers.
