Production agency loses lawsuit after suing Psy for performing 'without sincerity'

Psy
Psy recently won a lawsuit against a production agency that sued the star for performing "without sincerity."

It was belatedly reported that on November 5, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Psy. Production agency A is known as an Indonesian company that produces events for Korean performances, and it seems a performance by Psy In Jakarta, Indonesia in October of 2017 did not live up to expectations.

Agency A stated Psy did not fulfill his quota for the concert and sued him in the amount of 275.4 million Won ($246,000 USD). The singer was accused of only singing 4 songs instead of 5 and not sticking to the schedule.

Psy's agency stated, "There's been no violation of any contract, and the agency is trying to damage Psy's reputation."

As long as PSY showed up NOT DRUNK on SOJU (alcohol) consumption, NOT really much to LAWSUIT over it. IF the Concert Promoter did LOSE MONEY, I suppose THAT might explain them trying to 'squeeze' some MONEY out of PSY over that.

According to the Soompi article, Psy actually performed for an hour, including the five songs contracted, but they only counted the songs he performed in the second half hour, which was his original time slot. Furthermore, Psy only chugs soju at the end of the show (source: I saw him twice this summer).
