Comedian�Hong Yoon Hwa�succeeded with her diet!

Earlier this year, Hong Yoon Hwa and Kim Min Ki,�her comedian boyfriend of 8 years, announced they've finally set their wedding date for this fall. Hong Yoon Hwa declared she'll be losing weight to look extra good in her wedding dress. Now, only a few weeks away from the big day, Hong Yoon Hwa revealed she has lost a total of 30kg (66lbs)!�

Through the YouTube channel 'Beautiology', Hong Yoon Hwa shared how she successfully and healthily lost weight with proper diet and workout. You can check out the clip above.�

Meanwhile, Hong Yoon Hwa and Kim Min Ki's wedding is scheduled for November 17.�

As someone who has recently lost 10kg (like 22ish lbs) for her sister's wedding (from may to october) I admire her so much. It's truly difficult both physically and mentally to lose weight when you've been the big/fat/chubby type and/or relied on food all your life.


There is nothing like having a final goal for inspiration even if the road is freaking hard. I'm so happy and proud of her :,) she looks beautiful
