On September 18, a�cougar that escaped the zoo in Daejeon was ultimately killed. A day later, reports stated the cougar will be taxidermied.�
Actress Im Soo Jung shared a screenshot of the article via Instagram and expressed anger. She stated, "Taxidermy? This is too much... Please, just let it return to nature. Please."�She added the hashtags, "Cougar killed", "Abolish zoos", "Don't go to zoos."
A few hours later, Im Soo Jung shared another post giving an update on the issue. She stated, "Horong, the cougar of the Daejeon zoo, has been ultimately decided for incineration instead of taxidermy...�The photo is of a wild cougar that has been caught alive at a village in Canada in October 2015. I dearly hope we can witness such scenes in our nation in the near future."
