EXO-Lhave announced their intent to sue Soribada after EXO didn't pick up an award at this year's 'Soribada Best K-Music Awards'.
According to EXO-L, "Soribada claims to choose its winners based on 50% Digital (Streaming + Download), 30% Voting, 10% Steering Committee, and 10% Experts. However, most kpop fans have accepted that Soribada, like many other Korean award shows, seem to have a secret 'must attend' criteria in order to win any big prizes."
It's true the winners of the major prizes, such as TWICEand BTS who picked up the 'Daesang,' did attend the event, but it remains to be seen whether EXO-L's allegations have any truth to them.
