The vocal unit of BTOB�with the members Sungjae,�Eunkwang, Hyunsik, and�Changsub�is making their long-awaited comeback in 2 years.�Their new digital single "When It Rains" sounds to be a melodic ballad depicting the heartache and longings for a lover.�
