One Direction's Liam Payne talked about BTS on 'Ask Anything Chat'.
On July 4, Liam Payne answered a question about BTS on a video with iHeartRadio's 'Ask Anything'. With the question "When you see a group like BTS, does it remind you of your old life?", the English singer began thinking about the possibilities of seeing himself in the group. However, he responded that BTS would be a "really tough group to be on", for their "military thing with dancing" and more. "They can all perform solo great," he said. "They have so many different styles." However, he also hesitantly added, "And obviously, I don't speak Korean..."
Although the chances of seeing Liam Payne as BTS were unlikely, as suggested by the singer, he stated that he had wanted to work with BTS in the past. "I actually really wanted to do something with them earlier on, but someone else kind of beat me to it, so I kind of backed out," he relayed.
