Hyosung's hearing with TS Entertainment regarding her contract nullification has been postponed a second time.
Previously, Hyosung sued TS Entertainment for a nullification of her contract. Her hearing was originally scheduled for July 18; but she requested a postponement because she needed time to go over the data that TS Entertainment submitted. This is the 2nd time that their 4th hearing is being postponed. TS Entertainment originally postponed the hearing date because they also needed more time to gather data on Hyosung's payment.

Currently, TS Entertainment is refusing to nullify Hyosung's contract despite the fact that Hyosung offered to give up the payment she had not received, and even to return the contract fees that she received from TS Entertainment. According to their contract, Hyosung's term with the label will last until 2021.
Hyosung initially sued TS Entertainment for breaking their contract clauses by actions such as not paying her properly, as well as improper management.
