The theme of 'Cosmopolitan's August issue cover pictorial is "Fantastic Four" - a perfect theme to describe the girls of Black Pink.
For their 4 unique covers with 'Cosmopolitan' magazine, the Black Pink girls posed against a simple gray background in chic, elegant fashion pieces. In their interview, the girls discussed some of their workout routines and eating habits. Jennie started, "I've always worked out since before my debut, but I get sick of doing just one type of exercise. I've been doing flying yoga for a long time but these days I also mix in pilates. And when I finish working out, I eat a healthy meal. I like avocados so I eat avocado salad with a detox juice, once a day. For my eating habits, I eat one delicious meal a day, and then try hard to eat a less fatty meal for dinner. If you find a pattern that works for you, then you can diet happily while maintaining a healthy weight."
Lisa chimed in with, "I honestly always failed at trying to work out whenever I tried to with the other members. But these days, I do drink detox juice once a day. I'm copying Jennie, haha." Ros� shared, "I started pilates this year and try to go at least once every two days. I can eat most foods without being picky, and I like vegetables like bell peppers and carrots so it helps. For snacking, I like fruits more than junk food."
Finally, Jisoo stated that she "used to be the type to gain weight easily, but I think my body type changed with the members now. To the type to not gain so easily. I don't work out separately; I think choreography practice is enough. We also have a concert coming up, so preparing for that, I personally feel we've exceeded the necessary amount of exercise... haha."
