Female celebrity 'A' has been found guilty of falsely accusing a man of sexual assault.
She had been investigated for prostitution, and during the investigation, she accused a man of sexual assault when she had, in fact, had consensual sex. During the investigation, she named man 'B' as someone who had sexually assaulted her. 'B' had been tried for rape, but it was revealed that they had consensual sex, and he was found innocent in both the first and second trial.
The judge in her case sentenced her to 2 years of probation with 1 year of jail time if probation is broken, as well as 120 hours of community service.
