Composer/DJ Maximite, who composed the theme song "Pick Me" for 'Produce 101' season 1, is under investigation for marijuana use.
On May 14, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that Maximite has been indicted and is under investigation for marijuana use.
Maximite is accused of smoking marijuana at his home in Gangnam, Seoul back in November 2016. According to the police, last month during an investigation for drug use, a 27-year-old woman claimed she smoked marijuana with Maximite. Based on the woman's claims, the police arrested Maximite for an investigation.
It's reported that Maximite admitted to the charges, and stated, "I've inhaled marijuana twice."
Prior to this, Maximite faced physical assault charges on his ex-girlfriend.
