On April 23, CHA Hospital shared an official statement and once again apologized. CHA Hospital stated, "We once again apologize for the issue that resulted from our mistake during her lipoma removal surgery."

It continued, "Judging based on the photos she has shared online, it seems the scars could be minimalized through cosmetic surgery", and, "To the public, it (the wound) looks very severe, so we understand that the mental struggles must be big for Han Ye Seul. On this, we once again apologize."
CHA Hospital added, "According to a cosmetic surgery professional, the scar of the wounded area can be minimalized through proper sealing technique. We will work our best to help Han Ye Seul receive professional treatment."
Prior to this, the doctor responsible for Han Ye Seul's medical malpractice admitted his fault and apologized. Meanwhile, Han Ye Seul shocked the public by revealing the photos of her wound.
