Park Jung Ah opened up about her past struggles with thyroid cancer, transition into acting, and more with 'International bnt'.

The former lead vocalist of girl group Jewelry�had to halt promotions as she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She shared her hardship and said, "My voice didn't come out at all after I had surgery for thyroid cancer. I took a break because I unable to sing for 1 or 2 years and my voice condition was just terrible."

She continued,�"But thyroid�cancers relatively have a�good prognosis. I recently saw the news about how�Kim Yoo Jung�is�going through treatment for the same issue. As I have overcome the illness, I want to send encouragement to�Kim�Yoo Jung."

Onto the next topic, Park Jung Ah was asked if she ever gave advice to label hoobaes�VIXX and Gugudan. She replied, "I often hear that Kim Se Jung�has similar qualities as me. She happened to guest on my radio show one day so as a person with similar qualities, I shared with her the things I felt and experienced."

She also opened up about her married life, and said, "There's both good and bad in marriage�but it's really nice to have someone who's always on�my side no matter what."�
