On February 13, he posted to 2PM's official fan cafe:
"This is Minjun. Firstly, I'm so sorry that I've come to write to you because of something like this. My decision in the moment was immature. I know how big of a deal driving under the influence is, but with this mistake, I'm looking back on myself and deeply reflecting on my actions. To the fans who trust and love me as well as to my members, I sincerely apologize for causing disappointment."
As previously reported, Jun.K was caught by police driving under the influence on the morning of February 10. JYP Entertainment confirmed the reports and announced the 2PM member would be going on a hiatus.
