The investigation on the death of SHINee member Jonghyun has drawn to a close. 
On December 19, Gangnam Police Department announced, "As it's clear that he has ended his own life, we have been directed to close the investigation."

Jonghyun's parting letter revealed by Dear Clouds' Nine9 and the suicidal text messages he has sent to his older sister prior to his death are taken as the evidence of his suicide.
Currently, many artists are making a visit to Asan Medical Center Funeral Home in respect of Jonghyun. The public mortuary will also be available for fans to visit on December 19 and 20.
