The netizen who was sued by JYP Entertainment for leaving malicious comments about Suzy has been found innocent in the second trial.
Back in 2015, the netizen was sued by JYP Entertainment for continuously attacking Suzy with malicious comments on the web. In the first trial, the netizen was found guilty and sentenced a fine of 1,000,000 KRW (924 USD). However, he was found innocent in the second trial. Currently, the prosecutor has submitted a petition of appeal.

On November 28, a rep from JYP Entertainment stated, "It's an unfortunate judgment but we will wait for the (final) results as the prosecutor has submitted a petition of appeal."
