On November 13, tvN announced the official lineup starring Lee Sun Gyun, IU, Na Moon Hee, Oh Dal Soo, and Song Sae Byeok for 'My Mister', confirming the cast.
'My Mister' is said to be directed by Kim Won Suk who previously directed titles like 'Misaeng' and 'Signal'. Writer Park Hye Young who wrote the script for 'Another Miss Oh' will be working on the plot for the new series.
Lee Sun Gyun will be playing the male protagonist, Park Dong Hoon, the middle of three sons who works as an architect for a construction company. Although he appears silent most of the time, his character is said to be full of middle-age charm.
IU will be playing the female protagonist as previously mentioned, Lee Ji An, a temp office employee set to figure out the motives of Park Dong Hoon but ends up rather moved by his generous heart.
The staff of 'My Mister' commented, "We took exceptional care in casting the right actors for the roles in order to bring out the very emotions of each character. We are delighted to be able to work with such tremendous people."
Meanwhile, tvN's new drama is scheduled to air during the first half of 2018.
