YES24 apologizes as servers go down due to huge demand for EXO's concert tickets

On October 25, YES24 claimed tickets to EXO's concert for both standing and seating sold out entirely as soon as they went on sale. The popular SM group is set to perform for three days from November 24-26 at Seoul's Gocheok Sky Dome. Due to the high traffic, the servers couldn't handle the demand and ultimately shut down.

YES24 described the chaotic scene, "There were a lot more people than we expected. We clearly were not prepared for it. We would like to deeply apologize for not being able to quickly respond and provide a normal ticketing process. We will do our best to avoid such incidents in the future.  Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience."
