Recently, a netizen shared a video of himself abusing a stray kitten by peeing on and beating it with a stick. The man also stomps on the weak kitten with his feet. The�shocking video was reported to the animal rights organization�CARE. The organization�promised a reward of�3,000,000 KRW ($2,616) to the person who reports the identity of the abuser. With the help of the netizens, the abuser was identified within an hour of the notice.�

A man with the last name�Lee,�28-years-old, is currently under investigation for animal abuse.�

Executive director Im�Young Ki�of CARE commented, "Stray cats are abused often because they don't have owners. It's devastating. In order to prevent such animal cruelty, proper education, as well as more strict laws are required."
