The brother of PRISTIN's Kyla spoke up again regarding her hiatus. 
Prior to this, Luke assured fans that Kyla is doing well, and the family is trying to get her to feel better.
On October 13, Luke Massie responded to fans' questions about his sister's health condition, and revealed, "To clear things up: Kyla isn't on discharge for mental health/ weight. She received a concussion and is recovering." (The tweet has now been deleted).
His statement differs from the official announcement provided by Pledis Entertainment, which simply stated that Kyla was recommended resting by the doctors.
A fan criticized the agency's inability to speak the truth. To this, Luke commented, "There's a lot more to the story that I can't say."
Luke also seemed to be criticizing the agency by tweeting, "If maybe you would have been honest from the start, you wouldn't be facing this many problems."
