Like the title implies, the MV teaser features Juniel's eyes in dark makeup, giving a foreboding vibe. Previously, Juniel revealed "Last Carnival" would be about the possible dark side of an intense romantic relationship. She also gave a preview of a few haunting lines in a shocking series of text messages like, "If you're not here with me, I'm going to die," and "If you don't, I'm going to kill your whole family."
