On August 31, the actor sent out a farewell message via Naver 'V Live's 'The First V-App', saying, "Everybody including Dong Yup hyung, 'Cultwo' hyungnims, and Young Ja noona treated me so nicely; I was very happy. I also had a great time listening to people's concerns and having discussions overall."

Prior to this, Choi Tae Joon relayed that he would be stepping down from his position as MC. A representative from KBS added to this, "Choi Tae Joon finished recording his final episode last Sunday. In order to focus on his acting, he decided to take his leave after talking with staff. His final episode will air on September 4."
