Irene is really channeling her inner 90s self with her classic styling and concept. Irene was seen on an episode of SBS' 'Inkigayo' rocking the denim overalls with a plain royal blue shirt underneath. She continues the 90s appeal by adding a black choker and pearl bracelet.
Irene doesn't go overboard with her looks as she keeps her makeup as minimal as possible with the simple addition of red lips which was a classic way of standing out and showcasing sex appeal back in the 90s. Her hair is rustled and playful, flowing down her sides and framing her cute face.
Jessica wore it to the MAC x Steve J & Yoni P launching party back in May and is a little more playful and adventurous as she fuses today's styles with the trends of the 90s. Her vintage overalls are nicely complemented by her lacey, polka dotted under shirt. She dresses up the style a bit more with her long, shimmering dangle earrings and bright, red lipstick.
Instead of looking plain, Jessica goes for a more polished look that transforms the overalls into a mature style rather than a youthful look - which is hard to do with overalls.
In the end, I have to give the win to Jessica for many reasons! Jessica proves her designer sense as she dresses up the overall with her sexy style. The denim overalls seem to shine and stand out while framing her beautiful body and frame.
Irene did have some cute accessories but Jessica's additions to the entire outfit are refreshing to see because it offers a new look that many wouldn't expect to see with overalls. Instead of letting a classic be classic, Jessica owned it and made her own charming flair with these expensive denim overalls. Who do you think wore it better?
