SISTAR held their last stage together as a group on 'Show! Champion'.

On June 7, Hyorin, Bora, Dasom, and Soyu got together for their goodbye stage. The girls performed their final track ''Lonely'', which managed to achieve an all-kill soon after its release.

The most heart breaking yet beautiful goodbye in Kpop's history.

forever queens

shubhajan Wednesday, June 7, 2017

mann! im gonna miss SIStar! they were legends and will never be forgotten!

gabigazzi Wednesday, June 7, 2017

This is a proper goodbye! Thank you so much Sistar! The groups should try to disband in a proper way so they can at least say goodbye to their fans. I don't like when i see in the news "Insiders say group A is disbanding" and then "Agency X confirm group A is disbanding" and then we get a few pictures on Instagram or a rushed single and that's it... Seeing Sistar performing together as a group, all of them happy and stronger than ever, made it clear that this is what they all wanted, so is less painful to watch...

Daxel Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Sucks, was growing to like the group. Welp, can't really be helped I guess, especially with Hyorin wanting to go off and be a single artsts.(Would have thought her to be one given the past line distributions for Sistar songs, but ya know...)

afterglows Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Thanks a lot, Hyorin. 😞

SecondLeadQueen5 afterglows Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Don't blame her for wanting to go solo.

afterglows SecondLeadQueen5 Wednesday, June 7, 2017

She won't survive solo. She was given SO many solo opportunities while in SISTAR. She was selfish till the end.

SowonderfulBlue afterglows Thursday, June 8, 2017

Does it matter? The point is she felt it was time to focus on her solo career and the members AGREED to it and they had a mutual disbandment. 7 years is a long time and they made it together without line up changes or kicking out a member. Don't make mountains out of mole hills and make it a bad situation when it's not at all.

SecondLeadQueen5 afterglows Thursday, June 8, 2017

That's your opinion! She's done well doing her solo projects. She's not selfish for wanting to make her own music that's just life. How long should she have to stay in a group?! 7 years is a long time.

SecondLeadQueen5 SowonderfulBlue Thursday, June 8, 2017

Right! Let them leave on a high note. Why do people feel like they can control how long their favorite group lasts? It's selfish. They're human beings not your toys.

afterglows SecondLeadQueen5 Friday, June 9, 2017

It's not my opinion. Her album flopped. She's selfish for making SISTAR as much about her as she did and then throwing them under the bus to get out.

afterglows SecondLeadQueen5 Friday, June 9, 2017

Okay, tone down on being so dramatic. They were leaving on a high note until Hyorin got called out for doing what she did.

afterglows SowonderfulBlue Friday, June 9, 2017

Yes? The members didn't have a choice given how it was a clause in their contract. So even if they wanted to renew, it wouldn't be possible. She was selfish. Quit trying to make it seem otherwise.

SowonderfulBlue afterglows Friday, June 9, 2017

Except she wasn't as it's clear that it was agreed upon and they disbanded obviously with camaraderie as opposed to groups that disbanded and one member is outcasted by the rest. Quit trying to make her seem selfish because it's obvious that it wasn't. If it were, don't you think the rest of the members would hint or even show some type of negative energy? Instead you're just being a bitch. But okay, spread that negativity inside your soul. We will all pray for you, have a good life with that bitter attitude. Have a nice day~

afterglows SowonderfulBlue Friday, June 9, 2017

Here's the thing: once that clause went into effect, that was that. You couldn't override it, even if you wanted to. They can't amend their contract at this point. It's clear as day that as soon as one member expressed their desire to leave the group, it was all over with. It was her choice that ultimately led to disbanding, since they were in negotiations for quite some time before they made that official announcement. I think the fact that they are already looking forward to performing as SISTAR in the future shows that at least one of them did not want the group to disband. They parted on good terms with one another, and that I'm thankful for.

By the way, a word of advice: calling someone a "bitch" and accusing them of being negative/bitter just because they see things differently from you does not help you win an argument or make your position correct. It just shows that you're intolerant and incapable of having a discussion. You should work on that instead of being a "have a nice day" passive-aggressive level of petty.

afterglows SowonderfulBlue Friday, June 9, 2017

And if you really are going to pray, I hope you channel your energy toward ending violence and bigotry in the world, or something like that. It's twisted throwing that around just because you came across someone you don't agree with on a k-pop site.

pink_oracle Wednesday, June 7, 2017

This performance felt very quiet.

afterglows pink_oracle Wednesday, June 7, 2017

It was pre-recorded.

pink_oracle afterglows Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Yes...not sure what that has to do with anything but well done.

afterglows pink_oracle Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Pre-recorded... Means... No fans are present.

pink_oracle afterglows Wednesday, June 7, 2017

I mean them, they all seem to be singing very quietly.

miitsss pink_oracle Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Because they aren't there. they performed for an empty studio - this is recorded and this performance is then displayed during Show Champion's broadcast....

miitsss Wednesday, June 7, 2017

that's what pre-recorded means....

pink_oracle miitsss Wednesday, June 7, 2017

You're not making sense dear. Why would the network turn their audio levels down?

miitsss pink_oracle Wednesday, June 7, 2017

are you messing with me or are you for real? hahaha Okay, when performing at music shows there are two ways the performances are recorded before broadcasting them on tv: 1. live-performance, where they invite an audience to come into the studio and the artists dance and sing live on the spot. 2. Pre-recorded. Where no fans are present. The idol performs, sings live (often), but this later gets edited by the production team. Think for example about performances where they switch outfit halfway through (or did you think this happened by magic?). This can be done if artists have clashing schedules with broadcasting time, are not stable singing live, or for any other reason want to do this (like a goodbye stage).... How long have you been in Kpop?

hetoki miitsss Thursday, June 8, 2017

Pink_oracle isn't saying that the performance was quiet due to the lack of audience because it was pre-recorded. Pink_oracle was making an observational statement that the actual singing volume was quiet. As shown in the video above, majority of time when they were singing the background music tend to be significantly louder than the actual vocals, which gives an impression that "they were quiet." This is what Pink_oracle was trying to say.

pink_oracle hetoki Thursday, June 8, 2017

Sweet jesus, thank you.

miitsss hetoki Thursday, June 8, 2017

thanks for expressing it a 100 times clearer than pink_oracle ever did. communication is key :) But then definitely I don't share this opinion that the performance was quiet haha

pink_oracle miitsss Thursday, June 8, 2017

What part of, "I mean them, they all seem to be singing very quietly", was fucking unclear? Reading plain simple English is key.

LegendaryTsunade Wednesday, June 7, 2017

It's regrettable and one of the saddest news I've heard lately. Sistar was the wall of girl groups that I would lean on, I knew they wouldn't let me down with their comebacks. Nothing to say but all the best to girls in the future. <3 Thank you Sistar.

SecondLeadQueen5 Wednesday, June 7, 2017

Bora's eyes at 0:21 are so telling of how she really feels about all of this.  Smh.
