SS501's Park Jung Min has been officially relieved of his mandatory service duties this July 1 (KST)!
The singer had been assigned as a public service worker at a subway station in the Songpa district in Seoul. His label announced to media outlets, "Park Jung Min has been relieved of his mandatory service on July 1. After finishing up his service over the past 2 years diligently, he plans on returning as a singer soon."
It was also revealed that during his 2-year service, Park Jung Min was awarded for performing first aid and saving the life of a man at the subway station who'd collapsed due to dyspnea, or shortness of breath.
