'Produce 101' has gotten rid of all illegal votes.

Mnet said, "To vote, some overseas fans are using a Chinese site to buy and sell CJ ONE accounts, and we confirmed that those accounts were being used to vote. We estimate about 2% of the total votes to be from these accounts that were bought and sold in China. We have made it so those voters cannot access the 'Produce 101' website. The illegal votes have been eliminated, but there were no changes in rank even when they were deleted. We are getting requests for the transaction of CJ ONE accounts on Chinese websites to be brought down. However, we believe it's realistically impossible to ban the transactions happening in various places."

It's unfair for both parties.

Black_wind Wednesday, May 10, 2017

but they sure won't be stopping international fans from buying their crap...... those sly snakes

nami_chan Tuesday, May 9, 2017

Well, that wouldn't have happened if mnet had let international fans vote, now let's enjoy drama101 eating popcorn, lol what's next? bring the drama!

I voted for Nayoung last year, she debuted and what was the problem? I understand all of this 'national producer' stuff, but voting overseas is not that of a big deal, anyways I think most people give up after finding out how difficult is to create a Mnet account.

It's sad that we can't vote from the US, that would be awesome if we could. But rules are rules.

purplematoki Tuesday, May 9, 2017

ugh why can't they just let us vote in the first place?!

BigBlueagain purplematoki Thursday, May 11, 2017

Nationalistic bigotry.

Aki06 Tuesday, May 9, 2017

Before kpop was big hit with international. Korean was only ones listening to it.

Ravenpotato Aki06 Tuesday, May 9, 2017

Not necessarily true though, Philippines knew Kpop. They loved 2ne1 (cause Dara) and Wonder Girls and their song "Nobody" was so popular everyone, legit everyone danced to it.

Sesamezmak Aki06 Tuesday, May 9, 2017

Most Asian countries knew and listened to Kpop before it became international...

How many is there Koreans, how many of them is actively liking idols, how many of them is willing to support the idol monetary??...

stargaxing Tuesday, May 9, 2017

i mean throughout the show, they've been trying to stress the fact to create a nation's boy group that the nation's producers will choose. sucks for us but i can see why mnet will try to block all international votes.

Zephyros stargaxing Tuesday, May 9, 2017

I think the real problem are hackers.

mihaella stargaxing Tuesday, May 9, 2017

well...yeah...but must they make it public? it was only2%..... nice way to infuriate international fans
