Taking place inside Black Label's studio, singer Zion.T shared various moments in his life such as when he first encountered old school YG group�1TYM's "HOT" which sparked his interest in the hip-hop genre. �"I'm a fan of hip-hop and that all started after singing 'HOT' by 1TYM at karaoke which was a complete accident." Zion.T had inputted the wrong song at Karaoke and 1TYM's "Hot" came on, he decided to sing it and that was the spark for his love of hip-hop.
In regards to "The Song," "I think 'The Song' is first and foremost a gift. �But...I decided to keep it simple." �When asked who it was specifically dedicated to, Zion.T hesitated for a moment and replied "Everyone(?)." �
The singer made an honest statement saying, "I don't think my position in the charts right now is important. I want people to know the thoughts...music, and the work I had created."
