T.O.P revealed the story behind why he calls Yang Hyun Suk 'dad.' 


On the December 28 installment of 'Radio Star,' T.O.P mentioned Yang Hyun Suk getting sad about T.O.P's answer in an interview. He said, "In one of the interviews in the past, I wanted to give a funny answer to a funny question, but it backfired and Yang Hyun Suk got angry at me." 


T.O.P explained that when he was asked what YG Entertainment meant to him, he answered, "It's a workplace." He said jokingly that Yang Hyun Suk is still mad about that after 4 years.

He said, "I want to clear up the misunderstanding today. Even to this day, in our group chat, he says, 'Well, to T.O.P, YG is just a workplace." 


The 'Radio Star' MCs gave T.O.P another chance to answer the question and asked, "What does YG mean to you?" T.O.P replied, "It's family." 

Taeyang added, "After learning that Yang Hyun Suk was hurt by him, T.O.P started to call him dad," making everyone laugh!
